A recent study report from Brigham Young and Massachusetts universities published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine says that playing Nintendo Wii games such as bowling or golfing can slash as many calories as brisk walking.

So if you are feeling too lazy to put on the walking shoes on a bad weather day, there is no reason for you to be worried as a spell on the  game console will just do the trick. Add to it the big plus of acquiring something that helps you to  readily bond with the younger lot in the family.
